You can train with Pilates at our Melbourne CBD studio, or in GYROTONIC® and Pilates at our Carlton studio.

The Movement Refinery offers a boutique environment for the client who wants to look after their body, work out the right way and not be stuck in a room of twenty or thirty people thumping their way blindly through a class. You will always be treated as an individual no matter which method or tuition style you choose.

Why are we different?

Our studios are relaxed and provide a supportive atmosphere so that each client has the freedom to learn about his or her own body. In this way, we see great progress in a proactive journey. Clients get stronger not only in body, but in the connection between their body and mind. This is vital to improving ones weaknesses and balancing them with existing strengths.

All of our instructors hold leading qualifications in their lead modality but also hold secondary qualifications in specialties. This way you get more than Pilates or Gyrotonic but a wealth of relevant education to assist in the pursuit of your goals.
