With the festive season tapping us on the back, I would like to thank all of my wonderful clients for supporting The Movement Refinery this year.
After many requests, TMR will be having a Christmas party! I know there are many commitments this time of year and we are all busy people however,

Clifton Hill is finally up and running. The equipment is happy in its new home but wishes to thank all at Market Street for ooohing and aaahing over
it throughout the last two years. However, it was a little lonely by itself and at GYROTONIC®

Elizabeth Hewett.
Liz is very experienced in both Pilates and Exercise Physiology and has a great reputation with peers and clients alike. Liz will be working on Tuesdays
and Wednesdays at The Movement Refinery, enabling me to work at the GYROTONIC®
Clifton Hill studio. I have worked with Liz on and off for the four years and am totally confident that her skills, knowledge and personality
will light up The Movement Refinery.
Continuing education is always a priority for me and December is no exception as I will be studying for my GYROTONER®
certification. While this equipment will be in use at GYROTONIC®
Clifton Hill, I will no doubt find a way of re-producing some of the fantastic exercises in the Pilates studio.
In April next year, I will travel to Los Angeles and Miami where I will study the final GYROTONIC®
apparatus and also begin my work to become a GYROTONIC® teacher trainer. There
is always more to discover and 2008 will provide plenty of fresh repertoire!
