NEWSLETTER - DECEMBER 2008
MOVERS AND SHAKERS!
2008 has been a fantastic year for those of us involved with The Movement Refinery. We
have welcomed Liz Hewett and said farewell to Hayley Armstrong.
Gyrotonic Clifton Hill opened in December ’07 and a year down the track, I am thrilled
to announce that I have secured a new, larger premises in Carlton. Gyrotonic Clifton Hill
will be no longer and as of last week, welcome The Movement Refinery Carlton.
The new studio will offer Gyrotonic (1:1, 1:2), Gyrokinesis (floor class) and Pilates
equipment 1:1 and 1:2 sessions. Within the next six months I endeavour to offer soft-tissue
therapy of some description so that we can keep all aches and pains away! The Movement
Refinery Carlton will be able to help your body reach the next level of training and freedom
of movement.
You will hopefully begin to notice a poster campaign throughout the CBD and the inner-North.
The Movement Refinery studios are on a drive for new clients and as usual, we offer existing
clients a complimentary class for each new client that they refer.
To celebrate the opening of the new studio there will be a SALE!
Pilates sessions will be 1:1 and 1:2 only, however our 1:2 sessions will be at 1:3 prices!
Gyrotonic sessions will be 50% off for new clients for their first 10 sessions and 25%
off for their 2nd 10 sessions.
Existing clients of either method will receive 10% off from their first block purchased
at the new studio.
2009 will also see Liz Hewett increase her workload at The Australian Ballet School as
her expertise in the field of dance medicine is much needed by our national dance institution.
This means that Liz will no longer teach on Tuesdays and will instead add classes to her
Thursday schedule including an earlier start.
The city studio will close for the Christmas holidays at midday on December 19 and will
re-open January 6. The Carlton studio will close at 8:30pm on December 22, reopening January
6.
Thank you for your continued support of the studios this year. It is a pleasure to help
so many wonderful clients achieve positive change within their body and movement systems.
Enjoy the festive season!
Nicholas
