Pilates CBD

There are two ways to train at The Movement Refinery:

Private Pilates session (1:1)
Semi-Private Pilates session (1:4)

Every new client is eligible for a complimentary first session. Sixty minutes in duration, this will serve as assessment, orientation and introduction of the first stage of Pilates based exercise.

From this point each client will require one further private session before articulating into the semi-private 1:3 classes or remaining as a 1:1 client.

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ALL CLASSES

Classes at The Movement Refinery CBD are held on Wednesdays only. Our Carlton studio offers classes over six days if you require a more extensive schedule, please visit the Carlton page.

Private Sessions (1:1):

Contact the studio to nominate a time (Wednesday only) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Semi-Private Sessions (1:4):

Classes are available as below.

Wednesday:
07:15am,12:30pm, 1:30pm, 5:15pm and 6:30pm

Loyalty Program

For every client you refer to a block of classes, receive a credit to your account of 1 class. Each client at either studio is entitled to a complimentary class at the other studio!

If you participate in a charitable event which uses your body, your next class will be complimentary in recognition of your contribution!

Private sessions 1:1

Block of 5 sessions - $ 450
Block of 10 sessions - $ 800
Block of 20 sessions - $ 1500
Any unused sessions expire within 4 months of purchase date.

Semi-Private sessions 1:4

Block of 5 sessions - $ 200
Block of 10 sessions - $ 360
Block of 20 sessions - $ 660

Blocks of 5 are valid for 8 weeks from purchase date
